1. All prices shown are subject to vat at the current rate of 17.5% unless stated otherwise.

2. Prices are based on minimum numbers shown on menus.

3. Delivery in the Sheffield and surrounding area is included. Delivery charge may be applicable on bookings outside a 20 mile radius, please ask for further details.

4. Final numbers are requested 3 working days before the event, after this time an increase in numbers may be accommodated. We regret that no allowance can be made if numbers are reduced after this time.

5. Whilst every effort is made to produce the exact menu, we reserve the right to replace any item on the menu should any ingredient not be available at the time.

6. A deposit of £50 may be requested to secure the date. This will be deducted from the balance which is due 5 working days before the event. In in the event of cancellation, deposit's are non refundable.

8. When food is supplied on a delivery basis only, due diligence is passed to the customer who will be expected to ensure the food is stored under correct conditions prior to consumption.
