AND CONDITIONS
A
final deposit of £150 is payable on booking with full payment
due 6 weeks before the date of function.
CANCELLATION
Should the booking be cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to the date,
only the deposit is forfeited. If the booking is cancelled between
6 and 2 weeks prior to the date, then a charge of 50% of the anticipated
cost of the booking will be made. If the booking is cancelled less
than 2 weeks prior to the function then a charge of 90% of the anticipated
cost will be payable.
